Behavior Technician - After School Hours (10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis for children with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for collecting data, implementing intervention strategies, and assisting with parent training under the supervision of a bcba.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with two years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and registered behavior technician certification is considered a plus.
