Swim Team Coach

The coach is responsible for planning daily practice sessions and assisting swimmers in developing stroke mechanics and competitive skills. They also supervise swimmers at meets, ensure safety, and maintain regular communication with parents.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess current american red cross first aid and cpr certifications. A competitive swimming background and knowledge of competitive swimming requirements are also required.
