Behavior Tech/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will work 1

1 with clients to provide aba therapy in home, school, and community settings while maintaining electronic data collection and daily session notes. They will collaborate closely with bcbas and bcabas to ensure effective delivery of programming and monitor client progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to perform tasks like bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and complete the required rbt training and certification within 30 days of hire.
