Lower School Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will design and implement inquiry-Based classroom experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connections for students in pre-K through grade 4. They will serve as a mentor and guide, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a supportive, inclusive, and rigorous learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in education and possess successful teaching experience in early elementary grades. A deep understanding of child development, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and strong communication skills are required.
