26/27 Elementary Teacher ($5,000 Annual Bonus for Certified Teachers)

Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering rigorous instruction while setting ambitious goals to ensure student mastery of academic and social skills. They must track scholar progress, use data to drive instruction, and provide interventions to support student success.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess a valid state teacher license or be enrolled in a credentialing program. A passion for working with students and families in under-Served communities is required.
