26/27 Teacher Assistant Mary Phalen Leadership

The teacher assistant will support certified teachers by implementing differentiation plans for small groups and providing one-On-One tutoring for eligible students. Additionally, they will assist with administrative tasks and supervise students in various school settings such as the lunchroom and playground.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for working with students in under-Served communities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to plan activities that stimulate scholar growth are also required.
