Soccer Shots (the official two to five-year-old program of US Youth Soccer) is looking to expand our team of dynamic early childhood instructors to accommodate our growth in the Kalamazoo, Portage and surrounding area.
We operate in preschools, day cares, community centers, as well as public spaces. We have classes Monday-Thursday mornings and afternoons as well as Saturday mornings year round. Session start times vary depending upon location and season but typically fall within the following timeframes and repeat each week: morning (8:30 am - 12 pm) or afternoon (3:30 pm - 6:45pm).
Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best part of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children. Experience with children is required.
