Job Coach- HCBS

The job coach provides on-Site support, supervision, and encouragement to youth with disabilities to help them maintain employment and increase independence. They facilitate positive communication between individuals and their employers while teaching essential workplace skills and behaviors.

An associate’s degree and one year of human service experience are required for this role. A bachelor’s degree with one year of experience working with youth is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
