Therapeutic Recreation Assistant

The therapeutic recreation assistant will support developmental and recreational programming for patients across various units, including infant/Toddler, child/Adolescent, brain injury, and long term care. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and delivering individualized and group recreational activities under supervision, and supporting the implementation of care plans.

Candidates must have experience working with children, and experience in preparing and implementing activities is preferred. A high school diploma is required, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in child development or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
