The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a love of learning, and observing/assessing children's development. Key duties also include creating a safe classroom environment, managing daily routines, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding student progress.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field, or hold a Child Development Associate (CDA). A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
