Registered Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting licensed bcbas with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions to help children and families learn new skills. The technician must effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.

Candidates should ideally have one year of experience in therapy or a related field, or be currently enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis experience preferred. Required attributes include the ability to work in a fast-Paced environment, exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a self-Motivated drive to exceed patient expectations.
