Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Kyo bcbas are responsible for directing client programs and supervising staff implementation of aba services. They conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and communicate progress with families and other stakeholders.

Candidates must be certified as a bcba and hold a ma degree in psychology, special education, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with reliable transportation and flexibility in working hours, are also required.
