IT Instructional Designer

The it instructional designer develops and delivers educational programs for clinical and administrative platforms while designing new training strategies. They also participate in workflow design and system builds to ensure training materials accurately reflect system functionality.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with at least two years of experience in training or curriculum development. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a professional healthcare environment.
