Job description

At the Granite YMCA, you won’t just supervise children, you’ll help shape their earliest experiences, from first smiles to first friendships. We’re looking for caring, reliable Associate Early Learning Teachers to join our team. Whether you love working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, we’ll match you with the classroom that fits your strengths. We are currently hiring in the Toddler/2 year old and 4,5/ Pre-K class What you’ll do: · Create a safe, welcoming classroom where children feel valued and supported · Lead and assist with daily routines like play, meals, naps, and learning activities · Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers · Help children grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally · Keep your classroom organized, engaging, and nurturing You’ll thrive here if you: · Genuinely enjoy working with young children (and all their energy!) · Stay calm, patient, and positive in a busy environment · Take pride in creating a warm, structured classroom · Communicate well with both kids and adults

Qualifications
