Lead Teacher Toddler

The lead teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating toddlers while fostering a supportive and fun learning environment. They must also build effective relationships and communicate clearly with children, families, and faculty members.

A high school diploma is required, while a cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
