POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community. The hourly rate range for this role would be $70-80/hr based on experience in the field. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide individualized behavioral instruction in-home. Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support. Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes. Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices. Master's Degree in ABA, or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS) Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or BCBA coursework Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
