Board Certified Behavior Analysts BCBA

The bcba will administer behavioral assessments, design individualized behavior support plans, and supervise the implementation of clinical programs. They are also responsible for training behavior therapists, conducting parent consultations, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold a bcba license and possess at least a master’s degree in aba, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
