Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to support clients with developmental disabilities. They provide direct one-On-One therapy and collect accurate data on client progress and behavior reduction.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have an active rbt certification or be willing to complete the 40-Hour rbt course. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with cpr certification and specific vaccinations.
