Substance Abuse Counselor

The counselor implements and maintains a substance abuse awareness and prevention program for students, including conducting assessments and individual or group counseling. They also act as a liaison with community resources and provide training to staff and students regarding substance use.

Candidates must hold a state certification as a substance abuse counselor and possess at least two years of experience in a related field. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking and computer operation are also required.
