• Bring: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) CDA certification (required if no related degree) 1–2 years of classroom experience A passion for early learning and a heart for children Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lift up to 50 lbs State-required training and background check compliance
