Life Skills Mentor

The life skills mentor will support adults on the autism spectrum by facilitating daily activities, managing behavior, and implementing personalized lesson plans. They will also collaborate with team members to track progress, collect observational data, and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and possess a strong passion for working with individuals with learning differences. Experience with autism and familiarity with applied behavior analysis are highly valued, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
