Lower Level Facilitator/Teacher *In Person* iLEAD Flex

The facilitator will plan, organize, and implement an instructional program using project-Based learning to guide learners toward their academic potential. They are responsible for creating a safe, engaging environment, developing individualized learning plans, and collaborating with families and colleagues to support learner growth.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and the appropriate teaching credential for core subjects, including clad or bclad certification. Applicants are expected to be california residents capable of commuting daily to the campus and must possess strong communication and problem-Solving skills.
