25-26 SPED- Ed Specialist MM, iLEAD Hybrid Exploration

The education specialist will collaborate with facilitators to implement individualized education programs (Ieps) and provide specialized academic instruction in an inclusive classroom environment. They are responsible for monitoring learner progress, adapting curriculum to meet diverse needs, and maintaining effective communication with the iep team and families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess appropriate california special education licensure, including added autism authorization (Aaas). Successful completion of a student-Teaching or internship program is mandatory, along with knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
