SpEd Transition Coach

The sped transition coach plans and implements community-Based programming to promote independence and employment for students transitioning to adulthood. They coordinate services among stakeholders, monitor student progress toward iep goals, and provide direct job coaching and life skills training.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with youth or adults with disabilities. Required certifications include first aid/Cpr and non-Crisis intervention (Cpi), with a preference for an associate degree or higher.
