Foster Care Mentor / Case Aide

Provide case-Related support to foster youth, including transportation, supervision, and participation in community-Based recreational activities. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with foster parents and case managers regarding client progress and safety.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for an associate degree in human services and at least one year of experience working with children and families.
