Upward Bound Residential Advisor - Temporary Summer Position (multiple openings)

The residential advisor provides direct support, supervision, and guidance to upward bound participants living in the residence hall. They are responsible for facilitating daily activities, delivering social and emotional learning curriculum, and assisting students with academic study sessions.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of college experience. Previous experience working with adolescents and a background in career development, college transitions, or academic excellence is required.
