Kindergarten Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will manage a self-Contained classroom while collaborating with the grade-Level team to implement a vertically aligned, project-Based curriculum. Responsibilities include differentiating instruction, monitoring student progress, and maintaining consistent communication with parents.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess a growth mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. At least five years of teaching experience is preferred, with a strong background in early childhood development and modern instructional methodologies.
