The youth development professional is responsible for delivering engaging, age-Appropriate programs and activities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for club members. They also manage member behavior, maintain facility cleanliness, and build positive relationships with youth, parents, and community stakeholders.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
