The youth development professional is responsible for delivering daily in-House programming, including social recreation and team-Building activities, to create a safe and engaging environment for youth. They also handle member supervision, facility maintenance, and administrative tasks such as record-Keeping and program registration.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
