Hourly Special Education Assistant-(Jefferson)

Provide support to teachers and students in both general and special education classroom settings. Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and children while working under teacher supervision.

Requires a high school diploma plus an associate degree or two years of college study (60 semester hours), or a passing score on the parapro test. Candidates must have experience working with students with special needs and meet nclb/Esea requirements.
