Participate in a paid nurse aide training program to learn how to provide compassionate care to patients and residents. Upon successful completion, transition into a clinical role within the healthcare facility.
Candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety. Additionally, they must obtain certification from a state-approved nursing assistant program within four months of completing the training.
