Summer Youth Leader

The summer youth leader will facilitate a therapeutic, trauma-Informed classroom environment for children in the compass kids program. They are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities and maintaining clear communication with parents and staff.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with young children and possess a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also align with the organization's christ-Centered mission and pass background, drug, and health screenings.
