Preschool Lead Teacher - Arkansas

The classroom lead teacher is responsible for managing all aspects of the classroom, including assessing children and ensuring treatment plans are implemented. They will also supervise classroom teaching assistants and maintain a positive emotional climate for the children.

Candidates should have a willingness to work with developmentally at-Risk children and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required, with a cda preferred and at least one year of experience in a classroom setting working with at-Risk children.
