Re-Entry Peer Support Mentor

The re-Entry peer mentor provides individualized support to help students persist and complete their educational goals. They collaborate with staff to assess student progress, implement interventions, and track program outcomes.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree and at least two years of experience in coaching or supporting individuals, preferably in a correctional setting. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and the capacity to pass a background check.
