Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and creating a positive classroom culture. They also observe and assess child development, maintain documentation, and communicate with parents and families.

Candidates should have experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must also be able to meet the physical demands of the job and local childcare regulatory requirements.
