About the role

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in center-based and home-based settings. Collect data to track client progress and collaborate with families and supervisors to implement treatment goals.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 18.00 for each billable client hour worked 17.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck Fully paid training — no experience required Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Daily mentorship and hands-on support Career growth opportunities and clear advancement pathways Health insurance, dental, vision, and wellness programs (For Full-Time Employees 30+ hours a week) 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays, including 3 floating holidays Tuition discount opportunities through Capella University Daily Pay — choose when you get paid Positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture Drive time paid at state minimum wage for applicable in-home sessions Block Scheduling – Our centralized scheduling team works to maximize hours and create consistency through multiple client opportunities. RBT Career Path Program A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally. Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

What You’ll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
