Lower School Head Teacher

The head teacher oversees the educational and social-Emotional growth of students with learning disabilities by designing a challenging and developmentally appropriate curriculum. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized student plans and maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a relevant content area and possess 3-5 years of direct teaching experience. A strong commitment to equity, justice, and cultural competency is required to support the school's diverse community.
