1st Grade Teacher

The teacher will plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned with tennessee state standards while creating an engaging and structured classroom environment. They are also responsible for collaborating with colleagues and building strong, supportive relationships with students and their families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid tennessee teaching license in elementary education (K-5) or be currently enrolled in an accredited teacher preparation program. Strong content knowledge, classroom management skills, and a commitment to academic achievement for all students are required.
