RN Diabetes Educator - Outpatient (Diabetes Services)

The diabetes educator provides patient education in outpatient and community settings to facilitate self-Care management. They participate in multi-Disciplinary rounds and translate complex medical science into accessible information for patients and families.

Candidates must hold a valid california rn license and have at least 3 years of broad clinical nursing experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred, along with bls certification and future attainment of cdces certification.
