Autism Support Professional-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. They will also collaborate with clinical staff, maintain accurate session documentation, and train caregivers in aba techniques.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience with children with developmental disabilities are preferred.
