K-6th Grade Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional supports student achievement by assisting with classroom instruction, managing student behavior, and providing targeted support in small groups. They also handle administrative tasks such as grading, tracking assignments, and monitoring student progress under the direction of the classroom teacher.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate strong communication and problem-Solving skills. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work collaboratively and the successful completion of applicable mtel exams within one year of employment.
