Core responsibilities
The lower school counselor supports the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional development of students in grades prek3–5th. They also partner with administration to manage student discipline through a lens of discipleship and implement behavior support plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be committed christians with a master’s degree in school counseling or a related field. A minimum of five years of counseling experience in an elementary school setting is preferred.
