Interventionist Teacher - IDEA Hardy Academy (26-27)

The interventionist teacher provides intensive, research-Based academic support to small groups of students identified with significant learning gaps in reading and math. They are responsible for implementing district curricula, tracking student progress through frequent assessments, and collaborating with general education teachers to improve student outcomes.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and demonstrate high proficiency in math and/Or ela. Experience in a k-12 classroom setting is strongly preferred, along with the ability to pass an idea content assessment.
