Intensive Residential Technician

Provide one-On-One and group support to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities by implementing behavioral interventions and treatment plans. Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal hygiene, and medical needs while maintaining accurate documentation and safety protocols.

Requires a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field. Candidates must be able to pass background checks, obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid, and physically manage individuals served.
