Core responsibilities
Provide direct 1
1 and group aba therapy to children while following individualized treatment plans developed by clinicians. Collect and record behavioral data, assist with caregiver training, and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
Requirements summary
Must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly to ensure child safety.
