In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will oversee and implement individualized, assent-Based aba therapy programs while providing guidance and mentorship to behavior technicians. They are responsible for maintaining high-Quality clinical services through regular supervision, data-Driven decision-Making, and monthly parent training sessions.

Candidates must be board certified behavior analysts (Bcba) with a commitment to delivering high-Quality, compassionate, and client-Centered aba therapy. The role requires strong clinical leadership skills to mentor staff and effectively engage families in the therapeutic process.
