Core responsibilities
The 1
1 aide will work directly with an assigned student to implement behavior support plans and track progress toward iep goals. They will also provide personal care, ensure student safety through de-Escalation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have the physical ability to assist students with mobility needs. Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs is preferred.
