Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One or small group support to students with special needs or behavioral requirements by implementing ieps and bips. Collaborate with teachers to deliver academic support and maintain data collection records on student performance and behavior.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet nclb requirements through an associate degree, 48 college credits, or a state-Approved paraprofessional exam. Experience working with school-Age students with learning disabilities in an instructional environment is required.
