- The position will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure continuous professional growth and improve patient care outcomes.
- Education Note: Master's degree in Nursing required within 24 months of hire.
- Certification Note: At least one Baptist Health approved certification is required for this role.
- NPD certification is highly encouraged within 3 years of hire.
