Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum. They must also build positive relationships with families and maintain accurate documentation of child progress and safety incidents.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
